ehm.. no! english is a language and american english is a dialect of the english language. Just like Irish-english and -scottish-english and geordie-english are dialects of the english language.

Very useeful idioms. Thanks for sharing :)
Please check if I’m using the idioms correctly.
My mom offered me more food but I told her that I’m stuffed.
I made up my mind that I have to stop playing computer games but it was hard for me to go cold turkey, it will take some time.
Since I don’t have much time to spare,so let’s talk turkey.. ( p.s. can i say ” you should talk turkey”?)

Here are some corrections to help some more:
1) Remember to use periods after sentences.
2) Use an apostrophe in contractions: that’s/ can’t/ it’s/ I’m
3) Capitalize proper names: Jennifer/ Turkey
4) Watch spelling:
are/ benevolent/ hungry
